Number Ported but Phone still using assigned number

Cannot access phone to login with eversafe

So, I have to log into my account and find out what is wrong with my phone. I cannot call out or text, or recieve calls or texts. Eversafe sends a code to my phone but I cannot get it as my phone is not functioning correctly. What now?
