Obtaining a code

A friend just signed up for PM and after the first payment PM did not take the next payment. Automatic payment was selected in the set up. When they go to sign in they get the code from their email.  They enter it and PM wants to send another code to their phone number.  The phone however has been shut off because PM did not take the payment it was supposed to. What do we do?

Since the account is suspended because there is a glitch on Subscribe (AutoPay). They can purchase a voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number to restore service.

Vouchers can be purchase from:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

They can contact a CS_Agent by typing in Submit a Ticket on Chatbot to help them access their account and enable the Subscribe (AutoPay) button for future payments. Members have note that the Subscribe button disable probably due to a glitch.

Since  cannot properly login, he won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, he will need to message them here:

Or your friend can buy a voucher from stores like Shopper drug mart and then load the voucher by calling *611
