Hi. I made a mistake when transferring my phone number from Fido. I had put in my Public Mobile sim instead of keeping the Fido sim. When I realized my mistake, it had been 1 hour later. I put back my Fido sim, and tried to do a Transfer Number request from the Public Mobile site, but it's now rejecting the phone number. Any ideas how I can get the phone number transferred from Fido? Thanks in advance!

Customers do not need to wait until 9am ET to open tickets if needing assistance. While tickets are handled on a priority basis, the sooner a customer submits a ticket, the sooner the ticket is queued and prioritized.

Contact a CS_Agent in the morning to have PM contact Fido to resend the porting confirmation text to you. Staff hours are 9:00 to 10:00pm EST.
Click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket.
