i SUPPOSE CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION TO $20 FOR 3G OF DATA WITH 4G

WHY CHARGE ME $27 PLAN THAT THE AGENT TOLD ME THE SUBSCRIPTION WHICH i ENTER HAS ALREADY CANCELLED AND TELL ME TO CHANGE TO $20 PLAN

if you login My Account , go to Subscription & Add-on page, what plan do you currently have?

you talked about Agent told you, so, did you make the plan change with agent?  or the agent already helping you with the problem you have?

and was it related with the issue you had in early April?  If so, make sure you screenshot what the agent told you back then when you talk to agent this time

@John278  Just to clarify, are you trying to change subscription by cancelling the existing one each time?  Just wondering based on what you said in a previous thread

Sign out of your account and back in using secret mode or clear cache to see if the plan will update to show the one you want.

If its still shows the $27, go back to the agent and ask them. You spoke with them already so reply back to that same message and ask them about it.

In the Community we are just customers and cannot assist you with changing plans.

@John278  Do you mean this plan 3GB for $22 4G plan it’s plus tax should be about $25
