Lost sim card

Hello 

I lost my SIM card about 3 years ago. I now need to recover this number as it is linked to my banking transactions.

Kindly let me know the steps I need to follow to get the same number reissued.

if you lost the sim card 3 years ago, I assume you didn't have PM service for these 3 years.  Number would have by gone back to the pool after 90 days.  I don't think there is a chance to get your number back.  So, better to ask the bank to change 2FA method

but if you like, try to ask PM support agent.
