My plan got renewed yesterday and now am unable to call anyone or even get internet how do i fix this

i can confirm you not alone friend just paid my bill and i am also having data issues seems like public mobile is having some issues

you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent

@Handy1 I tried reset and my friends phone is working fine he is public mobile. I wonder how to call customer care

@AnandM Try rebooting your phone if you haven’t already ? Also check
