I am stuck unable to log into my account because eversafe is sending the code to my phone, which is not connected properly yet (that is my first problem). How do I make it send the OTP to my email account instead? In the confirm page (which is the only place I can get to now) there is nothing to click to either change or logout (because I am partway in). Very frustrating.

hi @joegrootenboer if you requested porting and number not ported yet, check your old carrier sim card for the 2FA code
or you can try click Resend code or Didn't Receive Code and see if send email is an option
