My phone is not from canada and I bought the eSIM via site and cannot download the app to activate it, I need an email with the qrcode to activate or I want to cancel my purchase because you don’t ex

@caroldaudt  , you won't get any Welcome package as you don't have the app installed yet.  You will only get such a Welcome package with eSIM QR code if you have the app and completed the activation with it

again, the only solution is either setup another new Apple id (or Google) and set Canada as the region, or ask PM agent to help to complete the subscription and they will be able to send you the eSIM QR

The QR code is supposed to be emailed in your welcome package. Double check your emails, spam folder and any other folders you may have to be safe. This has been an issue for a bit where the system is supposed to send out the QR code automatically in the welcome package and it's not. Then again, Public Mobile could have changed that and not told anybody. I wouldn't be surprised to be honest.

You might want to check if your phone will work on VoLTE compatible and on the PM whitelist of approved devices with the 3G shutdown.

Enter the IMEI of your phone to see if it is compatible. If it is not then you are wasting your time trying to activate your phone.

If it is compatible then contact a CS_Agent for a refund if you already entered your CC during activation.

hi @caroldaudt 

yes, you need the app to complete the activation and the app needs an App store that is tied to Canada to download

a quick workaround is to setup another Apple ID, set it as Canada as the Region and then you can use it to download the app

or another way is to ask PM agent to help to complete the activation and send you the eSIM QR code via email.

Canadian market phones are preferable and strongly supported.

Check your IMEI if your phone is supported at all.
