My wife and I would like to change our plans starting May 01, 2025 to $27 per month Canada-wide with 20 Gb data. My brother-in-law just changed to this plan online but I do not see this plan under my account. Please assist with this request.

If you and your wife are downgrading your plan. PM made it more difficult to downgrade plans. You can only change to plans in your account.

You can always ask support and see if it's possible to change. Under 'Get Help' chat or file a service ticket.

sorry @Rushi , you can only change plan to what available on your My Account, Change Subscription page. If the plan is not there, then you cannot change to it.
