Public Mobile will not give you a refund. However, if the addons have not been used, they may give you a credit on your account. Since you can log into your account, best to create a ticket this way.

PM is a prepaid provider, they usually do not refund but they can reverse and issue credit and put it back to your My Account. Talk to PM directly.
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
