Rip off

After 11 loyal years I'm saying good riddance to Public Mobile. I've been paying $45 a month for 15 gig plan. They were to upgrade me to 20 gigs and never did. No rewards for loyalty. Only to new customers. Bye public Mobile.

2 working numbers after porting

My phone seems to be confused after having a number ported.  Phone "info" lists old number.  Public Mobile account lists ported number.  Both seem to be attached to outgoing messages.

I'm trying to login and when it sends code I don't receive it, I need help to temporarily change number.

4G Option Not Showing

My plan changed to 4g on June 20/24 but I do not have the ability to select a 4g cellular network. My only options are 3G or LTE (same as before). My I-Phone XE does support 4g. Am I accessing 4g through LTE or doing something wrong?

When I receive a group message it only shows the sender and I get a error message saying "some messages not downloaded in messages". In the person's message there is a download symbol that when checked does nothing.
