did you login to My Account and check if Payment history shows 2 payment in Sept? Are the 2 payments around the same day and same amount? Did you make any plan change request in Sept?

if you're certain that 2 X payment was made, you'll need to engage the Customer Support. Click on the orange ball, lower right side of page.
