MY DATA ISN'T WORKING AT ALL

I need to use my data today, however my data isn't working at all. I tried everything what the chat bot rcommand to do.

if you login to My Account now, do you see a button "Pay and Resume Services"?  Click on it and follow the steps to renew the service

if you don't see such a button, use this link to top up enough money, then reboot the phone and it should work:

login to My Account and make a payment.  click on the link Pay and Resume services and make the payment

Today, my data isn't working, and I found out it's because today is my renewal day and the payment wasn't processed. I realized that I recently changed my debit card but forgot to update it. I’ve now updated the card information, but when will I be able to use the data again? I need to use it immediately.

check if your phone as a data limit enabled, disable it if so

and check if you used up your data already, login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser and confirm 

if you didn't have data limit enabled and you still have data, try to Reboot phone Reset All networks and see if it helps.  You can also try to change your network mode to 4G or LTE , then 3G only and see if either mode works
