Data not working.

I couldn’t use data in someone house or public places. When I open websites, it’s saying Safari not connected to internet. So I can’t use my data . I used their wifi. Please back to me .Thanks

you are using Safari, I think you are using iPhone

Try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings

and when you can get data in the public area, try chaning the network mode to 4G (or LTE) and see if it helps

if same, ask PM to refresh your account.   submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
