need to pay for my subscription and know my 4 digit account pin

I would like to pay for my original subscription plan and how to do that ? After I called *611, they asked me to type the 4 digit PIN number, what's my PIN number and where can I find it ? Thanks! Urgent!

@KAIYI  If you wanna buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 you don’t need to know the PIN to do so is another option you have to.

Login to My Account, go to Profile page, click on the pencil besides PIN and you can reset your PIN there

not all new accounts got to setup 4 digits pin during account setup.  Please reset your pin here:

but when you login My Account, you can also use this link to make a top up there
