Following up on my initial query about reversing points in error, I'm happy to report that I contacted customer support and also filed a ticket, resulting in the points being reversed and credited back to my account.

I’ve been there! I did the same thing and unfortunately there’s nothing that you can do, I tried contacting CS but they couldn’t help… at least you didn’t waste "real" money!! And I think the minutes will stay in your account forever, so it could come in handy one day, who knows?

I am not sure if you get a return for the points as when you picked the item from the catalogue. It ask you to confirm your order but worth asking a CS_Agent to help you change to the correct item.

PM is a prepaid carrier, they don't usually provide refund. But for situation like this, they will usually help out, reverse the transaction and put the funds back to your account and you can use it for other purchase.
