Hello, I seem to be in an endless loop getting my number ported over to Public from Rogers. I get the confirmation sms from rogers to which I agree to in about 1 minute from receiving the text then about an hour later, I get a message from Public that there was a message sent earlier to authorize that wasn't replied to. I tried calling the 844 number in the message and they can't help me. Can someone please help me figure this out?

@DUANE45 Did you put your Public Mobile sim in the phone and restart it?

you already got the 1844 number? that is the team that can help with porting
did you call Rogers and ask if they see the porting request? if they released the number yet?

@DUANE45 Have you tried the the public mobile sim in the phone and rebooted the device ? Try that if not but if still having issues you can reach out to support
