No disclaimers on these new $30 US-CA Plans that you can't downgrade to cheaper plans once you upgrade. And if you want to remove payment card from file to stop such scammy offers from renewing, you CAN'T, by yourself.
It is awful that in this modern age that we Canadians have to suffer through these Canadian oligopoly scams empowered by willingly toothless regulators.

Yes I want to remove payment information as I don't want to renew with companies following such tactics.
If you do decide to tap out and go elsewhere...make sure to message Customer Support and provide an "exit interview" and detail how long you were a PM customer, why you were a PM customer and what has changed to make you decide to go elsewhere. Keep watching the PM website in hopes that they provide better plan choices and options. Good luck wherever you go...we'll be here when you get back.

HI @balaca
just that the plan available for you is not what you want, it is not a scam
to remove credit card, you can ask support to do so. But please note once you removed the card, you will either have to pay by voucher or your account will be suspended at the end of the cycle
