Phone Calls Not Working

Every time I try to make a call or access my voicemail it says call failed.I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps and it still isn't working.

Can't receive or make calls.

I could use my phone this morning,  but this afternoon my phone rings, bit as soon as I answer it hangs up. Same when I dial a number it seems to go through then cuts off. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do?
