Hi I put a SIM card in my phone but I have an E-sim I cannot receive calls after I took it out what do I do

is that a brand new PM sim card you trying to replace the eSIM you had before? if it is a new sim card to replace the esim, you have to login to My Account, go to Profile page and click the pencil to the right of Sim Card Number and update it

However, if you are unable to login to My Account for any reason, then you will have to engage support and ask them to update for you.  Please engage by direct message:
