No way to use any data after switch to 3G data plan since Oct 25

I did turn on the data on my phone, but no way to access the internet; I did see the $22.60 payment went through in Oct 25, and 3G data still left in my account as of now. Can any one pls help root cause the issue?

I don’t think you can setup an account with 3G data - 4G and 5G are offered. I think that you setup the $20 plan that includes 3 GB data at 4G speeds. Set your phones data settings to LTE and see if it helps.

what phone do you have? 

try Reset All Data on your phone and try the sim in another phone. 

if data still does not work, then ask PM to refresh the account.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Try resetting the Network setting on your phone. This should help as I had the same issue with my old carrier. Since I joined PM…no such problem.

Did data work before?  Might want to try reboot your phone to see whether that works.
