Hello, I have a Blackveiw 9300 Pro phone. Some of my friends I try and send or receive a picture through text it will not come or send, it just has the spinning wheel. I tried changing my APN settings and it made little difference. Could it be that I never had the correct APN settings give to me by the community suggested a few months ago. What are the correct settings so I can fix this problem. Or is it something else I need to do. Like I mentioned it only happens to some android and iphone contacts. Please help so annoying. start with the easy fix, make sure mobile data is turned on and try Reset All Networks
if same, please update the APN, the following entries have to be correct
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
