We have tried to transfer our landline number to a cellphone. It’s been over a week and the house phone still rings. Bell Aliant says they haven’t gotten a request for the number transfer!

ask PM porting assistant team to confirm if you put in the correct info , you should give them the Bell account number as well

will send you the number to call, check community inbox

If someone calls your land line number does it also go to your cell phone? If it doesn’t then your porting obviously did not complete so suggest you contact CS and let them guide you through the process.

hi @Tictoc transfer from landline usually takes 3 to 7 days, so it should be around time, did you reboot your phone? and the land line still works?

But check with PM porting support team and confirm. I will send you the number to PM Porting support team Please check your community inbox
