Change subscription - Issue

Hello, 

I have changed the subscription from app but when I saw the offer, it was showing 250 international minutes of India. And I changed the subscription right away. 
but, then I checked the new subscription, it doesn’t show 250 international minutes of India. 
I have attached the pictures of offer I saw and new subscription. 
please let me know.

did you use Change on Renewal both times? if you did, things should be ok and still can be fixed.  Ask PM to check

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
