I am unable to confirm my identity because the number on file is incorrect. I get the first account confirmation code but the second one does not send to my phone, therefore I cannot log into my account.

then you need to ask PM to sort out by opening ticket
You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

When I click resend code it doesn’t go to the correct phone number, as I signed up with the wrong number.
