Can’t access to all subscription plans

I saw the limited-time offer of $23 per month on the Public Mobile website, but I can't access it when I log in.

it is normal now. Everyone only see plans customized to their current plan profile.  You cant request to change to plans not show on your own Change Subscription page

Way to go.

 

I did the same, cancelled renewal and asked them to remove the credit card from file.  Until the time customers vote with their feet en masse, the scammy moves by Telus will continue I guess.

The new deals are usually for new customers. They offer new plans to existing users only when they introuduced new plans and remove old ones. Keep eye out during Black Friday or Christmas time and see if PM offers something better.

@PooyaSalahi  Sorry since losing our old legacy rewards public mobile has made it even harder to downgrade plans price like before , leaving many of us trapped in higher priced plans . So now we can only change to the plans that are offered to us in our accounts , but if you can’t log hang in there for another month come black Friday sales we should see some more pleasing plans for us all is my hope if not then certainly by Xmas / Boxing Day that’s also fast approaching.

unfortunately this is the new norm.  Usually you will see more plans above your current rate (unless you are on the top plan already).  You might see one or two plan below your current rate and usually you wont see plans under $25 (unless you are on the $15 or $19 plans)

no point to ask support agent, they can't help

So, just keep checking and hope you get some good deals

or PM might sms you some one time promotion
