Cannot make calls

I signed both myself and husband up with Public Mobile yesterday and transferred my existing number over as well. Sine then I have not been able to make calls. I can receive calls but not make any. And my husband and I are having issues texting between us.

Hi @Stewtex
for esim, on both phone, make sure the esim is enabled. If it is on iPhone, make sure the esim is set as Primary (not business or other label) and make sure "Turn on This line is enabled. Also, make sure no other sim is set with that "Turn on this line" other than then PM esim. If you still have the old carrier physical sim, remove it

just want to confirm if you use different email addresses to setup the two accounts? they need to bee different email addresses
and try to swap the sim cards between your phone and your husband's and check if it works
if same, you will need to ask support agent to check both account. Please direct message them here
