I am ln pension and payment dates change month to month this month my payment date is 3 days after payment is due how do I pay when I get paid and not lose my number

Can’t pay if you have no money to pay until pension cheque is deposited try living on 1200 a month I pay my bills on payday and live on the small amount that is left for 30 days

Nearest Shoppers is 30 miles away in another city so that is not an option and the cell phone is my only communication so having nothing for 3-4 days at a time Tiny Mobile seems to have a good option

hi @Binx but why you have no service for those days? if you keep paying, manual payment or via automatic payment, it won't disconnect

hi @Binx just for that 6 days difference a year? PM give you back 5% in points plus 10 additional points a year. If you find same price plan on another carrier, PM still gives you better savings even with the 6 days difference

The payment cycle is every 30 days, so not the same date every month. If you are on pension with a tight budget I know it's not convenient to have the payment date keep changing, but that's the way Public Mobile works. If you can't make PM payment cycle work for you there are other carriers that have the payment on the same date every month.

PM is prepaid and account will get suspended if no payment is made in time. But no worriees, after account is suspended, you have 90 days to go back and make a payment manually and you won't lose your phone number
Assuming your account has suspended due to non-payment, when you are ready to pay, you can login to My Account and click Pay and resume services to make payment using the credit card on file
or you can buy voucher from Shopper drug mart and then load the voucher using *611
