I signed up for PM last night and is connected to their network but cannot make any phone call or access cellular data because it says I need to make a payment. I was never given a pin and when I go to the app and try and log in it returns to the login screen after the second step authorization. Is there a number I can call that can help with this?

@hTideGnow when I try and log in via web browser I get an error they says forbidden al.
a message was sent last night and have not heard back.

try using browser to login first. Try using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser to login
