Plan change

Hi there, I currently have a 40G plan of which I'm now using about 5% of it each month. I had upgraded to 40G when I was travelling and needed it but now I don't. I can't access any plans that have less than 15G yet I see on the site there are several. Any idea how I access the smaller plans?

@Fleur1  Unfortunately since PM took away the old legacy rewards and moved everyone to the new points system , they also make it harder for us to downgrade plan price leaving many of us trapped in higher priced plans . So all we can do is change to what’s available to us in our targeted only availed plans in our accounts . But note next month for Black Friday sales should see some more attractive plans for all is my hope . If not then maybe by x mas/ Boxing Day sales should. Just stay tuned and keep a watchful eye in your account every few days and when you find the plan you want be sure to use the change plan on renewal option and not immediately. pm is pre paid and no refunds for unused time

@Handy1 , So I'm not allowed to have a smaller plan than 15G? That seems strange. Things change in my life - sometimes I need more, sometimes less. The last 2 months I've used less than 1G. Do you know if I can put in a ticket to have it lowered?

@Fleur1  .we can only change to plans that are available to us in our accounts . And not go website unless your new activation .
