I have followed all the instructions, repeatedly, and to no avail!

DOES ANYONE KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT THIS?

Hey @PennyLane ....  sorry to hear about the divorce...  or... Congrats on the divorce!

Sometimes though, the website does have cache issues. So if it doesn't stick the first time, go into your browser settings and enter cache into the search and clear the cache. Then restart the entire browser, then open it back up again and go into incognito mode. Sign back in and then click on the direct link above. That will sort it out.

to be honest, PM does not care about the name, it is a prepaid provider and they don't credit check or anything.  

But if you like, you can change it on My Account, Profile and update the address and name there
