You need to remove that other sim card and leave only the PM sim there.  then try Reset Network Settings and let it program the speed dial key 1

Add: let's continue trying whole wait for PM to reply. I still think this is fixable by you

@NathanPardy

You need to contact a CS Agent to ask them to reset your SIM and Network on their end. This will push notification to your phone which will set the voicemail number.  I'm telling you, THIS is the way to do it.  I've already shared contact links in this thread.

Samsung s20 fe unlocked

Good, use that for now.

Btw, what phone you have?  Let me check why your device locked the manual update, it shouldn't

Ok so I can quick dial fron number 2 using the number. But still unable to with number 1 as it is still having issue

@NathanPardy

i posted the number to you already

Let's do it again.  First, try calling this number and see if you can access your VM:

1-705-780-4001

or try this

1-647-580-4001

As stated I cannot use a quick dial. I don't have a number for VM

Try to see if PM can push the number to you

For  now, set a speed dial on another digit to call VM

To have PM to help, open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Didn't work. Not sure if I went to right place

On your dialer settings, voicemail settings screen, set this number there

1-705-780-4001

And test again

Just click Reboot network settings and it will push the number down to your phone

Hey @NathanPardy

This should be a pretty simple fix. If you go into your network settings and refresh them, then reboot, this should reset them and the phone will recognize PM's number to call voicemail

You can always manually enter the phone number for your voicemail. Here's the list.
