Transfer phone number to new phone

How do I transfer my phone number to a new phone within public mobile.  My phone has been misplaced, but not stolen

Your phone number will remain the same. You jus need a new Sim, either physical or esim.

@Patsy01  If you prefer esim to a physical sim, just download the Public Mobile app on your new phone, sign in to your existing account, and purchase the esim.  If you already had esim before you should be credited with the $5 cost.

If you have the SIM card from the old phone just put it in the new phone.

If you don't have the SIM card, you need to get a new one from a Telus store or Amazon. Login to your account, go to your Profile and change the SIM card number to the new one.
