usage

Is there a way to view usage on one continuous page rather than having to click one page at a time? I'm wanting to print one months usage each month to a PDF file and not have to view 1 page, then print it, then the 2nd page, then print it, etc., etc...

what is your tax numbers? I've been charged the taxes all the time, so you must have the tax numbers. I can accpet that you don't have invoice for your clients, but at least give me your tax number.
