I'm trying to find a phone number I deleted a while ago so I thought I would look at my usage history from March of last year (when I know I last sent/received a call from this person) and I can't seem to pull details of call I made from any period from last year. I put in the search criteria from March 1, 2016 tp April 30, 2016 and no numbers come up at all. Please help. Thanks

@stevesteal I would highly recomend not using apps like CCleaner, virus scanners for phones, etc. They don't actually do anything. Unless you have a very specific use case for them (deleteing hidden files or something specific) they will only negatively impact your battery life and phones performance.

Rogers is required by l;aw to keep customer bills for 7 years. I assume that's because they're a postpaid provider.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I use CC cleaner regularly so my history only goes back a few weeks at any given time. Something to think about though. Thanks again for the reply.

Might be the cost of keeping a detailed usage history.
Not sure if your phone keeps a long history, but you could try checking your call logs on your phone.

Yep, not available to me either. This was the response: "The Usage History covers 90 days of usage.". That's it; nothing beyond the last 90 days.
