Issue with plan

Hi, I'm trying to call a local , Ontario phone number after I paid my plan, but a voice tell me that I have to pay an add-on.

I have a 25$ plan for unlimited ON calls and text, it's paid to Oct,  my phone status shows that I am registered in network, but I  can't make phone calls. Please restore my phone access or forward this message to the technical team to restore my service. Thanks,

Adding 1 didn't help. I have contacted the moderator team and will update with the results

@hstefandu, did you just sign up with Public Mobile, or have you been using the service for a while.  If you are not new to Public Mobile, when did you renew your plan?  Was it suspended before you made a payment?  If so, the account might not have been reset by the payment.  If that is the case, you will need to contact the moderator team to get them to reset your account.  If that's not the case, please give additional details.

EDIT:  Missed the part about the add-on.  Renewal is not an issue in this case.

If no work, Ask a moderator (Can take up to 48 hrs), assuming your plan is paid and you're on the standard $25 plan.
