Hello. I paid for this company's plan in advance in South Korea before entering Canada. Then, I tried to turn off the Korean number of my mobile phone eSIM and activate the Canadian number to get the authentication number, but it didn't arrive even after waiting for the authentication number. Is this because I am in Korea? Or is there a problem with my account? If I arrive at the airport in Canada and run the same identity number, will the number arrive well then?

once you're in Canada, you should be able to get the code and you can complete your activation.
