What time are subscriptions supposed to change over at?
I recently changed subscriptions that was supposed to start today, my usage overview has been reset today but my new plan has not started yet. I thought it would start at 12:01 am but hasn't.
Is it supposed to start at the time I changed the subscription at?

All is good now, checked at 5:30 am and my new plan has kicked in by that time.

@iamcdn79 My plan was due on April 21 and for several hours the website and app said my “subscription was on hold”. My service was never compromised or lost, and around 2:30 pm eastern, the payment was taken and the message disappeared. So to @RavingRaven ‘s point, if your service works, nothing to worry about!

Your data counter and any minute or text counters (if applicable) reset at midnight eastern. If the payment system is running on time the payment for your new subscription will be charged to your payment card or debited from your account balance at 2am eastern. Your new subscription will start 4 hours later at 6am eastern.
However if renewals are running late and payment is not taken until later then your new subscription not begin until 4 hours after payment is taken (ie. payment occurs at 5am eastern then your account will not update and start/show your new subscription until 9am eastern.) Occasionally renewals can run as late as 8 to 10 hours updating the account as late as noon eastern.
As long as you have active service you have nothing to worry about. When running late any usage will be based on the old plan/subscription until your account updates with the new one.

It is showing your old plan expires at the end of April 24 so there is another day on the old plan.

It may change at the time in which your previous planned was signed up at, because your new plan starts as your old one ends.
