Resetting self serve password

I need the help of Mod please, I am trying to reset the password on my self serve account and am unable to do so, I have recently switched ISP and my email address has changed , so sending a password reset is not an option , and for the life of me, I can't remember my original password, any assistance would be welcome , however I think a mod needs to step in.

It is my understanding that changing the email requires a moderator's help.  So, you are stuck in a loop here.  So, just send a private message to a moderator and ask them to help you with the changes.
