I think she confused award with reward. yes you get rewards on PM but imagine get an award monthly or annually for various things on PM community. Nah Im just joking.

 @Karen79 Aside from the monetary rewards, there is also the badges that you can earn! they have no monetary value but they are to encourage you to help others and for others to recognize your valuable contribution!
