Resolved! Can't access voice mail

Both my wife's and my phone we cannot access voice mail.  A message comes on saying "2UT2.  All circuits are busy.  Please try again later." Anyone else have this problem?  I know it's not a phone issue.

Just want to say how easy it was to open my account and set up my phone today. The instructions were thorough, so easy to follow. I ported a previous number and within an hour I was able to receive calls. Looking forward to many years ahead with PM.
