New account did not work

I was setting up my mother n law with a new account  everything was working as normal until the port over  her Koodo  Account is still active When I was activating auto pay in the last stack it was taking forever how do we know that nothing was charged and now the Sim card will not work so I cannot even restart the activation can you please help anybody

@111111  Insert the Public sim card in your phone. Does it connect to Public's network? If yes, click here to register your selfserve account.
If it doesn't connect them you need to wait an hour and try the activation again.
