My data does not work right half my apps don't work and half work, I need this resolved please put me in touch with someone!

ITs not like that, amazon for example will load on safari, and then if I am looking at a certain heater brand and click on the company page that won't load, so if im looking at a companies heater it'll load the listing but if I want to see the companies amazon page to see what they all sell that won't load, just says network not available, but its all connected to my VPN. as soon as its off everything works... but that doesn't make sense, cause my LTE plan had no issues with the VPN and as soon as I switched to a new 5 G plan issues came... both plans from public mobile.. maybe I need a new sim? that doesn't make sense either

Yeah if VPN is off and then everything works ok, still slower then my LTE plan, id love to go back to that... and I have a VPN that id like to keep, is there a way to resolve this? This VPN was not an issue with my Public mobile LTE plan, then I got the 5G one and now it's acting up.

HI @Simohm 

did you port in your number not long ago? have you disable the old carrier eSIM? And you removed all the VPN profiles on the VPN screen?

and the check if the apps were enable with Mobile data? Check the app info for those app that are not working

and make sure Data Saver and Power Saving mode are both turned off

and you tried  Reset network settings?

which app does not work? start with one or two app, try uninstall and reinstall
