Issue with with my payment visa card

Hello Guys,  When I am trying to do payment due by VISA Card, It shows me contact with your Card Issuer but as I contacted my visa card they told me Public mobile doesn't authorize to complete the transaction !!  What should I do to do the payment?

I just received a text message my payment is due Jan 01 but when I go in my account it says payment due date Jan 14? I have autopay but normally just comes up a day or so early to tell my payment is due? Is this a glitch?

Double payment

Signed up for public a week ago and just checked my credit card bill. I have a charge for $42(my plan) from Public Mobile and then another $42 charge the following day from Public Mobile Vancouver. Anyone else had this issue or know what's going on?

Resolved! Due date Dec 30 ... showing plan expired ... Why ?

I have auto-pay, plus a credit on file.  Why is my account showing expired when the due date is tomorrow ? This is my first month, so I'm not sure if this is common practice as it doesn't make sense.
