So my in-laws are Public Mobile customers and they are living in Europe for the winter.   They forgot that they had SMS authentication on their bank account and cannot access it to pay bills.  Anyone know of any fixes to this?  They obviously cannot ...

Billing Notification

For the last few months we have gotten a text from 611 saying our auto-pay was successful but we are getting the notification at 1AM EST!!!!  We used to get it at 12 or 1PM. 

Cell Tower Issue

How do I make an inquiry into issues with the cell tower closest to my house?  I find anywhere near my house the bars are low on my phone, sometimes rendering data unusable.  Anywhere else in the city my reception is near perfect.

I am looking at some unlocked phones on Ebay and am wondering if it is safe to purchase a phone that is an international or latin america phone?  I have heard that sometimes the phones wifi will not work in Canada.
