Could be that your phone isn't getting an IP address from your wireless router even though it says it's connected? Have you tried going into your phone and forgetting your wireless network and try connecting again?

Cleared my browser cache, tried IE, Chrome and Firefox rebooted my machine and even tried a different PC still getting the same message "Sorry! We weren't able to process your request. Please try again later."
