Picture messaging

My picture messaging is not working. I am new to Public mobile as of today. I've tried sending a picture through text and it will not work. My number is all transfered over now and that seems to be the only thing not working as of right now.

Can't signin

Can't remember my password that was used, and I've tried multiple times to gain access. When I enter the answer to my security question it is saying oops something went wrong..? Not that I answered the question wrong. How can I gain access!!!?

Won’t make charges on my credit card

My auto pay didn’t charge my credit card and even when I try to manually charge it, I keep getting the unable to process transaction message. My credit card is always paid and should be able to be charged. Is there a problem with the site?

Promotion plan

Hi, I had 8.5 GB for $50 -I paid 7.50 extra because I didn't have enough funds to change plan to the new promo of 10.5 for 50.00. The amount was taken from my bank account-but my plan was never changed???
