Either your account is suspended or there is an outage in your area.

Login to your account and see if it is Active and check the outage map:

Could be cell tower issue. Outage in your area. Your phone just died... all kind of issues.

Try re-seating your SIM. Clean phone's SIM contacts. Try SIM in another phone. Try another SIM in your phone.

Has it been working ok up until now ? Dial 611 to confirm if your plan is Active.

Is this a new (2nd hand) phone per chance ?

@momo517 login to My Account and confirm what is your account status

 

Also, you might reboot you phone once and reseat you Sim card

 

Put your sim in another phone to test if possible 

 

Maybe check also if your phone is blacklisted here
