If I don't receive message of seasonal spirit, how can I get the bonus offer of 2G data and 500 mins of LD?

In case you do not receive SMS or after replying YES2 systems tells you you entered incorrect response - contact agent and they will add bonus manually.

But still - wait for SMS or Dec 15.

                               You should get the text before December 15, just respond to the text with YES2. If you haven't received the text after December 15 then contact @CS_Agent

@yiuwah Text Yes2 to 4911. If you are not yet eligible you will receive the message below. No harm done. If you are eligible you will receive a different message saying that it has been added to your account. My messages came days apart on my separate accounts.

@yiuwah   Be patient until the 15th of this month and then you will be able to contact customer support via chatbot if you don't receive the text by then.

Not everyone has received the text message yet. Please wait until December 15. The message can come any time before the end of that day.
