@audge65 , try this site.  See if it reports back anything when you enter the phone IMEI.

The Warranty date will start when received the phone not the order date. For instance, I placed the order on Sep 6, 2022, I received the phone on Sep 12, so the The Warranty date started on Sep 12, 2022 and will expire on Sep 12, 2023.

While I can confirm that warranty doesn't start on order date or shipment date, I do not believe that the warranty starts when the phone arrives either.  Did you start using your phone on the same day as received?  I have received a multiple phone order before and the warranty only activated on the device that I started using.

My experiences with Public Mobiles CPOs have been that Public Mobile does not automatically provide any type of type of sales receipt, neither with the shipment nor electronically.

So how can one then prove purchase of CPO phones?

Warranty information is based on the IMEI.

HI @audge65  You likely have to open ticket with PM CS agent and ask them for the warranty

if you have trouble with the phone, don't wait, open the ticket first.  Sometimes a delay could mean you just miss the warranty by couple days.

Phones purchased from PM carry warranty for 1 year.

You should have and keep your receipt and mark 1 year from the date of purchase.

If you have more questions or need any doc regarding purchase, contact agent for assistance.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Hi for warranty information on your phone or a receipt you need the help of a service rep

There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca

Or  private message them here

If it's a phone you bought from Public Mobile, then ask a CSA for that.

Use either the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket or send a private message to CS_Agent
